By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders
Every piece is made to order. When you place an order, you're offering to buy, and the order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Personalized and custom pieces
For personalized pieces, you're responsible for the spelling and details you submit. We make the piece as you ordered it. For personalized pieces, we may send you a proof to approve before we start production, and we begin once you approve it.

Returns
All sales are final. See our Return Policy for what to do if your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.
Discount codes
One discount code can be used per order. Codes have the dates and conditions shown when they're offered, and we can end a code at any time.
Product photos and colors
We work to show our pieces accurately. Colors can look a little different on different screens. Each rhinestone piece is handmade, so small differences are normal.
Care
Follow the care instructions on each listing to keep your piece looking its best.
Our designs and content
All designs, photos and text on this site belong to Brandy's Bling. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, try to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Limits of liability
We sell our pieces as described. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
