Physical Items

All sales are final. Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Custom Rhinestone Design

You may cancel your custom order and receive a full refund at any time before you approve your design proof. Once you approve the design, your order moves into production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Please review all wording, spelling, colors, and design details carefully before submitting your approval.
